Prince number one in Uruguay LUB for round 1 (by Hoops Agents)

American Forward Ty Prince (198-F-1999) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Union Atletica Montevideo (they play in Places 7-12), receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 1 (Second Stage).
The 26-year old player had a double-double of 24 points and 17 rebounds, while his team in a lost game to Cordon (#11, 4-20) 68-83. U.Atletica maintains the 2nd position in Uruguayan LUB. U.Atletica is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. But it was their 12th lost game this season out of 24 games. In the team's last game Prince had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be U.Atletica's top player in his first season with the team.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Tevin Glass (203-C-1994) of Atletico Cordon Montevideo. Glass had a very good evening with 23 points and 4 rebounds. Of course he led Cordon to another comfortable win 83-68 over U.Atletica (12-12) being unquestionably team leader. The Second Stage is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Matos showcased his all-around game by recording 23 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Bigua, leading his team to a 86-74 win against Welcome (#12, 4-20). Bigua confirms their top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 11 lost games. Matos has a great season in Uruguay. After 24 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.8ppg (8th best).
