Perry number one in Uruguay LUB for round 4 (by Hoops Agents)

American Guard Rob Perry (193-G-2000) had a great game in the last round for Atletico Cordon Montevideo (they play in Places 7-12), receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4 (Second Stage).
The 25-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Welcome (#12, 4-22) 92-82. Each game in Second Stage is important. but the teams lost the distance to top of the standings. Cordon maintains the 11th position in Uruguayan LUB. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 21 games and recorded just five victories. In the team's last game Perry had a remarkable 53.3% from 2-point range. He turned to be Cordon's top player in his first season with the team. Rob Perry averages this season 18.6ppg and 5.6rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was another Cordon's star - young American Tevin Glass (203-C-1994). Glass had a very good evening with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Of course Atletico Cordon Montevideo cruised to a 92-82 relatively comfortable win over slightly lower-ranked Welcome (#12, 4-22). Similarly like above, the game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Cordon keeps 11th position. 21 lost games are too many comparing to just five victories Cordon managed to get this Second Stage. Glass is a newcomer at Cordon, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Troy Cracknell (193-G-1999) of Goes Montevideo (#4). Cracknell showcased his all-around game by recording 16 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Goes, leading his team to a 97-94 win against the lower-ranked Bigua (#7, 14-12). Cracknell has a very solid season. In 12 games in Uruguay he scored 16.0ppg. He also has 4.9rpg and 4.7apg.
