Nacional - Bigua 100-78

Nacional players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. It was an exceptional evening for American-Dominican center James Feldeine (193-1988, college: Quinnipiac) who led the winners and scored 23 points. American forward Connor Zinaich (201-1997, college: Nova SE) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Four Nacional players scored in double figures. Thiago Rodriguez (-2005) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists and Sebastian Ottonello (200-1997) added 21 points respectively for Bigua in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

Penarol looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Urunday's players. The best player for the winners was Colombian forward Andres Ibarguen (200-1996, college: Angelo St.) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Naturalized Italian swingman Nicola Pomoli (195-1999) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Travis Daniels (203-1992, college: MSU, agency: Olsta) who recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import forward Randy Rickards (201-2000, college: WILMU) added 11 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.

Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Brandon Weatherspoon (193-2000, college: FAU) who recorded 26 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and the other American import forward Jalen Canty (203-1995, college: UCSB, agency: Haylett Sports) added 15 points and 14 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hebraica's coach Leonardo Zylberstein rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
