Vargas is back at Panteras

Panteras de Miranda (LPB) added to their roster 29-year old Venezuelan international center Javinger Vargas (202-90kg-90). It is actually his comeback to Caracas as he has played here before. Vargas played this summer at CAN Potosi in Bolivian Libobasquet. He helped them to win the league title.
Vargas was selected to Venezuelan LPB All-Star Game back in 2011.
He has been also a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. Vargas has regularly played for Venezuelan senior team since 2015 and previously for U18 National Team in 2008.
He represented Venezuela at the FIBA Americas in Mexico four years ago. Vargas' team won Gold and his stats at that event were 8 games: 3.0ppg, 2.0rpg.
Vargas is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Chile (Espanol de Talca), Spain, Uruguay (Atenas), Venezuela (Trotamundos, Atleticos, Aduaneros, Araguenos and Cangrejeros) and Ecuador (Juvenil and Leones).
