Centauros de Portuguesa (SLB) signed experienced 38-year old Dominican guard Edgar Lugo (189-82, college: Lehman). The last time (18) he played at La Mattica in La Vega League in Dominican Republic.
He is quite experienced player. Lugo has played also professionally in Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela (Guaros de Lara 2nd team and Guaros) and Dominican Republic (Caneros Del Este, Parque Hostos and Reales de La Vega).
Lugo won Liga Americas championship title in 2016.
Lugo attended Lehman College until 2003 and it will be his tenth season as a professional player.
