Bucaneros de La Guaira (SLB) signed 28-year old point guard Moises Teixeira (180cm) for upcoming 2021 season. He played last summer at Spartans. But in 7 SLB games he had just 1.9ppg, 1.9rpg and 1.4apg. Teixeira helped them to win the league title. He also played for Cocodrilos (LPB).
He has played previously professionally in Venezuela (Gaiteros, Lanceros, Gaiteros de Zulia 2nd team, Furreros and Cangrejeros) and Peru (Blazzers).
Teixeira was selected to Venezuelan LPB All-Star Game back in 2011.
