Heroes De Falcons (SLB) signed 29-year old Venezuelan-Colombian forward Miguel Fernandez (194cm) for the upcoming SLB 2021 Cup. He played last summer at Gigantes. But in 5 SLB games in Venezuela he had just 1.0ppg. Fernandez also played for Condores that season where in 15 SLB games he was league's third best scorer with impressive 17.1ppg and averaged 5.4rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. 2021-21 was a great season as he was named to Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SLB Honorable Mention.
Fernandez has played also professionally in Venezuela (Marinos, Toros, Anzoategui, Araguenos and Llaneros), Colombia (Cafeteros, Sabios, Marinos de Bolivar, Cimarrones and Patriotas) and El Salvador (Arce).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he played in the final of Colombian DPB in 2013. He was voted to Latinbasket.com Venezuelan LPB All-Newcomers Team back in 2012.
