SPB 2023 - Yanitson Quintero comes back to Gaiteros

Gaiteros-de-Zulia (SPB) inked 24-year old Venezuelan 201cm power forward Yanitson Quintero for the upcoming SPB 2023 season. It is actually his comeback to Maracaibo as he has played here before. Quintero played recently at CDSC Osorno in Chilean LNB 2. The last summer he played at Gaiteros in Venezuelan SPB where in 19 games he recorded 6.9ppg and 5.1rpg.
He was a member of Venezuelan U21 National Team in 2019.
Quintero has played previously for five other Venezuelan teams: Cocodrilos, Bucaneros, Diablos, Recicladores and Spartans.
His team made it to the Venezuelan SLB Cup Final Four in 2021.
