Luis Rubianes

Brillantes de Zulia (SPB) agreed terms with 26-year old Spaniard-Venezuelan power forward Luis Rubianes (202cm-1997).
He just played at Indios in Venezuelan SLB league. He missed last two seasons and had longer break from professional basketball.
He has played previously professionally also in Spain (Chantada and VGO Basket Vigo) and Venezuela (Cocodrilos and Toros).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan LPB Rookie of the Year back in 2018.

He'll be joining a roster that just received Joe Meneses (186-SG-2001) and Victor Sanchez (185-G-2002) via trade from Trotamundos de Carabobo. His coach will be veteran former LPB champion Gustavo Garcia .
