SPB 2024 - Toros land Erick Rodriguez

Toros de Aragua (SPB) tabbed 25-year old 201cm power forward Erick Rodriguez for new season. Rodriguez played last summer at Guaros in the SPB. But in 20 games he averaged just 1.5ppg and 1.2rpg. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final.
Rodriguez represented Venezuela at the FIBA U17 Centrobasket Championship in Belize City (Belize) last year. His stats at that event were 5 games: 4.4ppg, 1.6rpg, 1.8apg.
He has played previously for six other teams: Guaros de Lara 2nd team, Gaiteros, Pioneros, Condores, Brillantes and Centauros. Rodriguez won Venezuelan LNB championship title in 2014 and 2015.
