SPB 2024 - Raymond Rada is a newcomer at Gaiteros

Gaiteros de Zulia (SPB) strengthened their roster with the addition of 26-year old ex-international swingman Raymond Rada (194cm-1997). Rada played this summer at Gladiadores in the SPB and has been loaned to Gaiteros for the remainder of the season. But in 11 games just recently he recorded only 1.3ppg. He also played 1 game in BCL Americas. Rada was a member of the Venezuelan Senior National Team in 2021.
He has played previously professionally also in Uruguay (Miramar) and Venezuela (Marinos, Comuna and Brillantes).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he won Venezuelan SPB championship title in 2023. Rada was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SLB Honorable Mention back in 2020.
