SPB 2024 - Marinos draft Kelvin Pena for the playoffs

Marinos de Oriente (SPB) drafted the experienced 43-year old naturalized Dominican shooting guard Kelvin Pena (193cm-1980, college: Southeastern). Pena played this summer at Centauros. In 14 SPB games just recently he had 10.5ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.2apg and 1.4spg.
He is quite experienced player. Pena has played also professionally in Colombia (Academia), Cyprus, Dominican Republic (Soles, Gregorio Urbano Gilbert, Caneros, Metros and Madre Vieja), France, Spain and Uruguay and Venezuela (Toros, Araguenos and Broncos). He played in the final of Dominican Republic LNB in 2010 and 2015. Pena was voted to Latinbasket.com Venezuelan LPB All-Imports Team back in 2009 and 2013.
He graduated from Southeastern Community College in 2004 and it will be his 22nd (!!!) season as a professional player.
