SPB 2026 - Leinfer Monte de Oca is back at Diablos

Diablos de Miranda (SPB) agreed terms with 31-year old point guard Leinfer Monte (192cm-1994) for the new 2026 season. It is actually his comeback to Caracas as he has played here before. He played last summer at Toros in the SPB. In 20 games, he had 3.6ppg, 1.7rpg, and 1.0apg.
He has played previously for seven other teams: Cocodrilos, Marinos, Trotamundos, Araguenos, Broncos, Cayaurimas, and Araguenos.
Monte won the Venezuelan SLB championship title in 2022. He was also voted Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan Serie A Guard of the Year in 2019.
