Panteras de Miranda decided to let Colombian head coach Bernardo Fitz-Gonzalez go, after a tough beginning in the 2026 edition of Venezuela's Superliga Profesional de Baloncesto (SPB). They also named Venezuelan assistant coach Alcides Mata as their new head coach.

Meanwhile, Centauros de Bolivar opted to replace Venezuelan head coach Ivan Garcia despite a recent win over Diablos de Miranda, since the team has started the regular season with a 2-6 record.

Their new head coach will be fellow Venezuelan Daniel Centeno .
