Cocodrilos de Caracas (SPB) added 32-year-old point guard Humberto Bompart (183cm-1994) to their roster via draft for the SPB 2026 playoff. He transferred from Piratas. During 23 SPB games in Venezuela recently, he averaged 8.6ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.1apg, and 1.1spg last season. Bompart also played for Marinos de Anzoategui.
Bompart has played previously for six other teams: Guaiqueries, Universitarios de Carpito, Pioneros, Spartans, Gladiadores, and Llaneros.
His team won the Venezuelan SPB Group Oriental Regular Season in 2025 among many awards. He was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SLB Honorable Mention back in 2021.
