No shocking result in a game when second ranked Union Florida (5-2) beat on the road bottom-ranked Catamarca (1-7) 74-62 on Saturday. Union Florida had a 34-23 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Union Florida especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. The winners were led by forward Carla Miculka (174-93) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds and Ayelen Boujon supported her with 16 points and 7 rebounds. Four Union Florida players scored in double figures. Union Florida's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by Milagros Acevedo did not help to save the game for Catamarca. Rocio Lezcano added 9 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Union Florida maintains second position with 5-2 record having just two points less than leader Berazategui, which they share with Obras.
