Everything went according to plan in Florida where tenth ranked Platense (6-5) won against 17th ranked Riachuelo LR (3-6) 76-65 on Monday. They outrebounded Riachuelo LR 46-35 including 34 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Victor Fernandez (180-1999) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 6 rebounds and Uruguayan-Italian swingman Nicola Pomoli (195-1999) who added 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Platense players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was the former international Tomas Zanzottera (188-1993) with 21 points and American guard Latraius Mosley (198-1990, college: Life) scored 8 points and 11 rebounds. Platense have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place. Loser Riachuelo LR dropped to the sixteenth position with six games lost. They share it with Independ.O..
