No shocking result in a game when third ranked Gimnasia CR (20-9) beat 17th ranked Union (8-21) in Comodoro Rivadavia 61-51 on Saturday. Dominican swingman Angel Reyes (201-2002) notched 18 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Ramiro Stehli (190-2002) supported him with 23 points. Gimnasia CR's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 16 points and 8 rebounds by Matias Fleury (-2001) did not help to save the game for Union. Lucas Peralta (-2005) added 14 points for the guests. Gimnasia CR maintains third position with 20-9 record having six points less than leader Obera. Loser Union keeps the seventeenth place with 21 games lost. Gimnasia CR will meet at home league's leader Obera in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
