The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Obera (3-1) in Buenos Aires on Wednesday night. Visitors were rolled over by sixth ranked Ferro (3-1) 75-53. Ferro outrebounded Obera 49-28 including a 16-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of center Augusto Roveres (207-2003) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 8 rebounds and guard Camilo Rodriguez (187-2006) who added 18 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his eight free throws) during the contest. Ferro's coach Jonathan Laino felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Alejo Azpilicueta (201-2002) responded with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and power forward Kelvin Ramirez (204-2002) scored 14 points. Ferro moved-up to second place, which they share with Riachuelo LR and Obera. Ferro is looking forward to face Comunicaciones (#8) in Mercedes in the next round where they are favorite. Obera will play at home against Obras (#11) and is hoping to win this game.
