Regular Season Round 15: Gimnasia - San Lorenzo 73-63

LDD top team - Gimnasia CR (15-1) managed to deliver another win on Thursday. This time they beat eleventh ranked San Lorenzo (7-10) in Comodoro Rivadavia 73-63. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of San Lorenzo. Gimnasia forced 30 San Lorenzo turnovers. It was a good game for Dominican swingman Angel Reyes (201-2002) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Ramiro Stehli (190-2002) contributed with 18 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Lucas Latorre (183-2002) answered with 18 points and 6 rebounds and Mateo Puccio added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for San Lorenzo. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Gimnasia CR have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 15-1 record. San Lorenzo at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with ten games lost. Gimnasia are looking forward to face Penarol (#15) in Mar del Plata in the next round which should be an easy win for them. San Lorenzo will have a break next round.
