Top rankedAmancay (9-3) recorded its third loss on the court of sixth ranked Jujuy on Monday night. Visitors were defeated by Jujuy 77-60 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Amancay. The best player for the winners was swingman Joaquin Sanchez (188-1998) who scored 26 points and 5 rebounds. American Jeremy McLaughlin (203-1995, college: Catawba) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was center Juan Bollo (203-1992) who recorded 11 points and 8 rebounds and Venezuelan center Keiver Marcano (205-2003) added 13 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jujuy (6-6) moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Quilmes. Amancay at the other side still keeps top position with three games lost. They share it with Suardi and Pico FC.
