Regular Season Round 2: Rocamora - El Talar 68-73

No shocking result in a game when El Talar beat Rocamora in Concepcion de Urug. 73-68 on Tuesday. Luna Cao notched a double-double by scoring 16 points, 20 rebounds and 5 blocks to lead the effort and the former international Agustina Marin (170-2003) supported her with 21 points and 5 rebounds. Four El Talar players scored in double figures. Even 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by guard Paula Santini (165-2006) did not help to save the game for Rocamora. Power forward Nerea Schmidt (174-1995) added 17 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. El Talar will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Rocamora will play against Berazategui and hope to win that game.
