We should mention about the upset which took place in Mercedes, where 10th rankedRivadavia (6-8) lost to thirteenth ranked Comunicaciones (6-6) in a road game 57-75 . Worth to mention a great performance of Spanish-Venezuelan swingman Franger Pirela (187-2002) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 7 rebounds. Facundo Wolinsky (190) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Guard Mateo Perez (189-2002, agency: BIG) replied with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Venezuelan Evert Bernal (195-1996) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Rivadavia. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Comunicaciones moved-up to eleventh place. Rivadavia at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with eight games lost. They share it with Suardi and Caroya.
