Semi-Finals Game 1: Ferro - Chanares 89-56

Date: May 3, 2026
Ferro outrebounded Chanares 57-30 including a 23-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Ferro made 7 blocks. 24 personal fouls committed by Chanares helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Pilar Carra fired 5 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Center Julia Fernandez (185-2004) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Forward Stefania Lucero (172-1993, agency: BIG) produced 18 points and 6 rebounds and Janet Banegas added 13 points and 8 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
