Lanus outrebounded GELP 46-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. 25 personal fouls committed by GELP helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American swingman Michael Henry (198-1995, college: Buffalo St.) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Forward Martin Franchino (201-1993) chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds. Four Lanus players scored in double figures.
