Regular Season Round 14: Regulators - Sand Dollar 89-93

Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Nassau: Sand Dollar (#2) and Regulators (#3). Regulators were defeated at home 89-93 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Regulators. Van Hutchinson orchestrated the victory by scoring 9 points, 17 rebounds and 8 assists. Rashad Ingraham contributed with 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Kemsey Sylvestre replied with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Darius Adams (183, college: Coast Guard) added 9 points, 20 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Regulators. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Regulators' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Sand Dollar have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 6-1 record having five points less than leader Giants. Regulators at the other side keep the third place with four games lost. Sand Dollar's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Nassau to the arena TMT Giants.
