Sesi/Arara. forced 19 Vera Cruz turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Gabriella Soares (174-1998) notched 22 points, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and the former international forward Izabela De Andrade (185-1986) supported her with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Even 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by the former international guard Beatriz Oliveira (169-1995) did not help to save the game for Vera Cruz. Guard Leticia Prudente (170-2000) added 7 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
