Guard Lucas Nakazawa (180-2005) stepped up and scored 28 points and 5 assists for the winners and naturalized Nigerian forward Richard Udoagwa (206-2005, college: Marshalltown) chipped in 17 points and 8 rebounds. Four Minas players scored in double figures. At the losing side Victor Pedreira (191-1996) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and guard Luiz Muller (190-1993) scored 18 points.
