Paulistano outrebounded Paschoalotto/Bauru 44-24 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The winners were led by Venezuelan point guard Edson Tovar (180-2004) who scored that evening 13 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Lucas Siewert (208-1997, college: Colorado) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Five Paulistano players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 5 assists by American point guard Dontrell Brite (175-1994, college: Mount Olive) did not help to save the game for Paschoalotto/Bauru . The former international center Andrezao Barbosa de Abreu (213-2002) added 9 points and 8 rebounds for lost side.
