Regular Season Round 6: Liceo Curico - Boston College 65-77

The most interesting game of round 4 was a home defeat of 7th ranked Liceo Curico (2-4) to sixth ranked Boston College (3-3) 77-65. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Felix Ibarra (187-93) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 8 rebounds and forward Rodrigo Rojas (-97) who added 27 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Venezuelan center Sergio Mijares (-97) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and Francisco Garrido (-88) scored 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Liceo Curico players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Boston College moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Truenos. Liceo Curico lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with four games lost. Boston College is looking forward to face Arabe de Valp. (#8) in Valparaiso in the next round. Liceo Curico will play on the road against Arturo Prat in San Felipe and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
