Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Santiago:CDSC (#1) and Sergio Ceppi (#4). Sergio Ceppi was smashed at home by 42 points 40-82 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. CDSC held Sergio Ceppi to an opponent 20.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 41.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Point guard Amparo Gonzalez (-2005) added 6 points for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. CDSC (7-0) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 7 victories in a row, which they share with Alemana. Sergio Ceppi at the other side keeps the fourth place with five games lost.
