Sportiva Ita. dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Alemana P. 's 18. Sportiva Ita. forced 19 Alemana turnovers and outrebounded them 50-36 including a 23-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. International forward Jovanka Ljubetic (176-2000, agency: LBM Management) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and American forward Lydia Rivers (188-1997, college: Virginia Tech) chipped in 14 points and 17 rebounds. Sportiva Ita.'s coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
