Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Santiago: Immortals (#1) and Sameji (#3). Sameji was smashed at home by 29 points 86-115 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Immortals dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Sameji's 56. They outrebounded Sameji 45-32 including 18 on the offensive glass. American forward James Milton (203-1992, college: Stevenson) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Angel Rivas (198-1993) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Canadian-Ghanian point guard James Agyeman (178-1994) replied with 16 points and 6 assists and Jhovanny Mets added 19 points in the effort for Sameji. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Immortals have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 7-1 record. Sameji at the other side keeps the third place with seven games lost. They share the position with Evolve OL. Immortals will play against Evolve OL (#4) in the next round. Sameji's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Santiago to the arena Capitanes.
