Metros (10-7) recorded a loss in Santiago. Hosts were rolled over by Titanes (8-9) 110-91 . Titanes made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 22 Metros turnovers. Titanes players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was a good game for swingman Jassel Perez (195-2001) who led his team to a victory with 29 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Luis Montero (203-1993, college: South Plains) contributed with 19 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Five Titanes players scored in double figures. Juan Guerrero (203-1993) answered with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds and Jhery Matos (196-1996, college: Charlotte) added 23 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) in the effort for Metros. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
