Rather predictable result in Santa Tecla where fifth ranked Teclenas (5-2) smashed 9th ranked Se7en (3-5) 67-34 on Saturday. Teclenas held Se7en to an opponent 22.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 35.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Teclenas forced 26 Se7en turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Se7en's players. The best player for the winners was Yashary Hernandez (170-99) who scored 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Jocelyne Zambrana (169-93) chipped in 9 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Alessandra Flores (-4) who recorded 8 points and 10 rebounds and guard Gabriela Vargas (156-2) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Se7en's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Teclenas moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Quequeisque.
