Regular Season Round 3: Solola - Forza 101-68

The biggest surprise of round 3 in Liga Metropolitana took place in Solola where host Solola (2-0) crushed Forza (2-1) 101-68 on Monday evening. Solola dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Forza's 42. The best player for the winners was American guard Jacksen Greco (190, college: Anderson) who scored 28 points and 6 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Donaval Avila Jr. (190, college: Westminster, UT) chipped in 18 points and 8 rebounds. Five Solola players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American power forward Kiyjohnte Houston (203-1998, college: Patrick Henry, agency: Fully Feared Sports) who recorded 22 points and 7 rebounds and center Luke Garrison (-1997) added 21 points respectively. Forza will play next round against strong El Progreso trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Solola will try to continue on its current victory against Pat City in Guatemala.
