Strangely Plateras outrebounded Adelitas 47-35 including a 38-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. The game was dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Crystal Bradford (183-1993, college: CMU) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 8 rebounds. Center Danielle Adams (185-1989, college: Texas A&M) contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Five Adelitas players scored in double figures. Forward Kamilah Jackson (183-1992, college: Hawaii) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Jazmine Jones (183-1996, college: Louisville) added 15 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Plateras.
