The best player for the winners was American forward Kaila Charles (185-1998, college: Maryland) who scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import guard Destiny Pitts (178, college: Texas A&M) chipped in 17 points and 6 rebounds. Five Fuerza Regia players scored in double figures. Fuerza Regia's coach Juan Jose Pidal used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Venezuelan point guard Roselis Silva (166-1991, college: Arkansas Tech) produced 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and American Lauren Manis (185-1998, college: Holy Cross) added 14 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the guests.
