No shocking result in a game whenAdelitas beat Santas in Potosi 81-67 on Friday. Adelitas forced 21 Santas turnovers. American-Jordanian guard Aisha Sheppard (175-1998, college: Virginia Tech) notched 21 points to lead the effort and American guard Shaqwedia Wallace (175-1989, college: Temple, agency: LBM Management) supported her with 12 points and 5 assists. Four Adelitas players scored in double figures. Even 18 points and 9 rebounds by American guard Aniya Thomas (170-2000, college: Missouri St.) did not help to save the game for Santas . Salvadorean Hillary Martinez (172-1997) added 12 points and 4 assists for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
