Finals Game 4: Halc.Xalapa - Diablos 95-96

Diablos dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Halcones UV Xalapa 's 30. Strangely Halcones UV Xalapa outrebounded Diablos 37-19 including a 12-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. Diablos looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Halcones UV Xalapa helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American JJ Avila (203-1991, college: Colorado St.) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots). The other American import guard Michael Smith (193-1995, college: CBU) contributed with 23 points for the winners. American forward Jordan Glynn (200-1989, college: SF Austin) replied with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international point guard Paul Stoll (180-1985) added 20 points and 11 assists in the effort for Halcones UV Xalapa. Four Diablos and five Halcones UV Xalapa players scored in double figures.
