Undefeated leaderAdelitas delivered the eighth consecutive victory on Friday night. This time they crushed 7th ranked Correcaminos (1-7) 85-60 in Chihuahua. The game was dominated by American players. Center Danielle Adams (185-1989, college: Texas A&M) had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Chennedy Carter (175-1998, college: Texas A&M) chipped in 18 points and 6 assists during the contest. Four Adelitas players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Kennedy Todd-Williams (183, college: Ole Miss, agency: LBM Management) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and forward DreUna Edwards (183-2000, college: Baylor) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
