Fuerza Regia outrebounded Diablos 44-30 including a 30-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Fuerza Regia looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Diablos helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Kosovan-American Scott Bamforth (188-1989, college: Weber St.) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points and 4 assists. The former international center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Four Fuerza Regia players scored in double figures. Venezuelan forward Michael Carrera (196-1993, college: S.Carolina, agency: BIG) replied with 22 points and Latvian Kriss Helmanis (209-2002) added 7 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Diablos. Diablos' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
