Strangely Toritas outrebounded Mieleras 54-29 including a 24-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Abril Roldan (168-2002, agency: Daggers Sports) who scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. The former international swingman Ingrid Martinez (175-1995, agency: Daggers Sports) chipped in 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Yesica Vallejo who recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds and power forward Daniela Rodriguez (178-1997) added 15 points and 7 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
