We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Chihuahua where their biggest opponentAdelitas (11-3) were defeated by third ranked Fuerza Regia (11-3) 96-90 on Thursday. Fuerza Regia made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Morgan Jones (188-1999, college: Louisville) who led her team to a victory scoring 25 points. American-South Sudanese guard Delicia Washington (178-1997, college: Clemson) helped adding 19 points and 5 assists. At the losing side American-Hungarian guard Yvonne Turner (179-1987, college: Nebraska) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 assists and American forward Najai Wynn-Pollard (180-1997, college: Delaware St.) scored 16 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Fuerza Regia moved-up to second place, which they share with defeated Adelitas.
