Second ranked UAM faced 4th placed Leonas. Host UAM (4-2) defeated guests from (2-4) 91-84. UAM forced 22 Leonas turnovers. Honduran forward Nelly Rapalo (-99) stepped up and scored 34 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and guard Reyna Lopez (-2) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four UAM players scored in double figures. UAM's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ancara Reichele responded with 31 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and Janis Martinez produced a double-double by scoring 30 points and 12 rebounds. Defending champion maintains second place with 4-2 record having just two points less than leader No Fear. Loser Leonas keep the fourth position with four games lost.
