Very predictable result when second rankedBrumas (19-1) rolled over bottom-ranked Nicaragua U16 (0-19) in Managua 97-52 on Tuesday. Brumas dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Nicaragua U16 's 10. They outrebounded Nicaragua U16 52-36 including 16 on the offensive glass. Brumas looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Eliezer Sevilla nailed 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and Allan Palacios accounted for 16 points. Four Brumas players scored in double figures. Jameer Vega came up with 11 points and 5 rebounds and Enmanuel Abea added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Nicaragua U16 in the defeat.
