There was a minor upset in Montevideo where 6th ranked Remeros (1-2) were defeated by eighth ranked 25 de Agosto (2-2) 67-62 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Rossana Dagnino (175-89) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 8 rebounds and Argentinian guard Rocio Bereilh (165-1) who added 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side forward Pia Moyano (170-95) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and center Melina Zapata (180-89) scored 6 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Remeros' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. 25 de Agosto moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Aguada. Loser Remeros dropped to the eighth position with two games lost.
