Undefeated leader Bigua delivered the seventh consecutive victory. This time they beat 10th ranked Trouville (2-5) 91-81 in Montevideo. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Trouville. Bigua players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a good game for guard Santiago Vidal (180-89) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists. American Donald Sims (190-87, college: App State, agency: Pensack Sports) contributed with 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American power forward Xavier Gibson (210-88, college: FSU) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds and forward Santiago Fernandez (190-0) added 14 points in the effort for Trouville. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bigua (7-0) have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with a perfect record of 7 victories in a row. Trouville at the other side keeps the tenth position with five games lost. They share it with Hebraica and O.Mundial.
