Not a big story in a game when 13th ranked O.Mundial (4-11) lost to ninth ranked Nacional (6-8) in Montevideo 85-97 on Friday. Nacional made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American Dominique Morrison (198-89, college: ORU, agency: Haylett Sports) who led the winners and scored 21 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his eleven free throws !!!). The former international forward Santiago Moglia (196-89) accounted for 20 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. American forward Anthony Danridge (196-86, college: N.Mexico) came up with 25 points and 4 assists and the other American import point guard Justin Pierce (193-90, college: Averett) added 15 points and 6 assists respectively for O.Mundial in the defeat. Five Nacional and four O.Mundial players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Nacional maintains ninth place with 6-8 record. Newly promoted O.Mundial dropped to the eleventh position with 11 games lost. They share it with Defensor and Trouville.
