Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Montevideo: 25 de Agosto (#3) and Lagomar (#8). 25 de Agosto (7-2) crushed visiting Lagomar (4-5) by 30 points 82-52. 25 de Agosto dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Lagomar's 34. 25 de Agosto forced 35 Lagomar turnovers. It was a good game for guard Noelia Pastrana (167-2004) who led her team to a victory with 15 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. 25 de Agosto have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with D.Sporting. Lagomar at the other side keeps the eighth position with five games lost. 25 de Agosto's supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Montevideo to the arena Urunday.
